The Alp-IN Lodges offer an elegant, alpine style and every comfort for a relaxing holiday – our lodges exudes Austrian cosiness. We put great emphasis on regional, natural furnishing materials in modern alpine chic. Our comfortable lodges leave nothing to be desired for a relaxing stay. Natural surfaces of wood, hay and flowers create a pleasant, cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains in your “home on time”.
We offer the possibility to use the bread service of our local bakery to get a cozy breakfast with fresh bread and pastries delivered to your door.
You can reach the valley-station of the Maiskogel/Kitzsteinhorn (3K K-onnection) cable car in just a few minutes by foot.

Our Lodges
It’s a pleasure to have you here. You can choose between the Panorama Lodge Kitzsteinhorn (for up to 8 people) and the Studio Lodge Maiskogel (for 2 people) or you can combine both apartments. Then, there is enough space for 10 people on three floors in a “half house” for your own.
Our Amenities
- Location – quiet and central location, in winter only a 4-minutes-walk to the Maiskogelbahn and 3k K-onnection to the Kitzsteinhorn
- Cross-country-, hiking- and bicycle-trail – right next to our house
- Children – highchair, crib / baby bed, playground
- WIFI – for all guests we offer free wireless internet access
- Garden – you are welcome to use the garden with playground
- Ski cellar – keep your ski equipment safely in the basement
- Bread Service – you can order fresh bread from the local bakery every day
- Parking – free parking in front of the house
